Sharon has over 19 years of experience in the Real Estate industry. During her distinguished career, Sharon was responsible for delivery of world class mixed use developments and built-to-suit offices. Sharon spent 17 years with the Embassy Group, and in her last role there as Senior VP–Commercial Business, she was directly responsible for the corporate / retail division of the company. She has handled strategy development, design, marketing, lease negotiation and administration across various projects. Sharon has extensively dealt with an enviable client roster, including an array of high growth corporate occupiers – Indian as well as Multinational, high net-worth investors and reputed property consultants at Regional and National levels.
S Padmanabhan
Head-Property Management
Padmanabhan comes on board the Fortius team with close to two decades of hands on experience in administration and facilities infrastructure management in the workspace services domain. Having served in Cognizant Technology Solutions, Padmanabhan brings to the Fortius table his rich experience in corporate real estate planning and development, procurement and vendor development, workspace services and logistics management in addition to corporate safety and security program management.

Head – Sales & Customer Relations
Pratheek, with a Master’s in Business Administration specializing in Marketing and Finance, leads the Sales and Customer Relations Management at Fortius. Backed with over 7 years of experience in multinational banks like Citibank and Kotak, Pratheek not only leads the sale of Fortius homes but also makes sure every Fortius home buyer’s experience is pleasant from the time of enquiry to handing over the keys.
