We started looking for an apartment in Bangalore. We have seen plenty of projects and have shortlisted few. Fortius Waterscape was one of them. And at the end we settled with Waterscape because of several factors.
Being in a prime location it still promises a serene habitat. The landscape design with the architecture of the towers promises optimum exposure to air & light to most of the apartments. Not only the individual apartments but also the land is Vasthu compliant. Good quality of the model apartment gave a feel-good factor. After visiting several projects we found good transparency in the cost sheet, documentation and legal verifications. At the moment they are a month ahead of what they have promised which is mind blowing as far as India Real Estate standard is considered. I have had many interactions with the Fortius team, they are extremely accommodative and well behaved. Last but not the least, Gopi himself seems to be keen at delivering more than what was promised and hence we feel like we are on our way to an ideal sweet home.
