- Manage all Market Research, analysis
- Planning & executing advertising promotions, new ideas, activities
- Coordinating with agencies, designers, printers, photographers etc.
- Developing creatives based organizational requirement & target audiences
- Contributing to developing marketing plans
- Evaluating marketing campaigns
- Prepare exhibition plan
- Researching and reporting on external opportunities
- Ensuring timely delivery
- Monitor competitor activity
- Understanding technology is essential for promotions via Digital Media
- Liaising across cross functions within the organizations
- Organized, result oriented, self-motivated, Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- 0-2 Years of experience.
- Graduate / Post Graduate from an institution of repute.
- Able to articulate and communicate well in English, Hindi and Kannada.
- Handle ongoing projects for Approvals and Collections.
- Will be based out of Corporate Office and Site Office as per requirement.
- Managing the Customer Account Lifecycle from booking till possession.
- Coordinating with various departments; Accounts, Legal, Banks, Site Modifications, Technical etc. for timely resolution of customer queries.
- Sending welcome letters, demand notes, reminders, collecting and maintaining payments records.
- Managing and maintaining all documentation regarding each and every transaction.
- Managing all written & verbal communication with Customer (after booking of unit until the handing over / registration of unit).
- Updating and maintaining MIS reports with regard to CRM functions as per specified timelines.
- Delivering a satisfactory response to all customer queries (in person, through telephone or E-Mail).
- Graduates, preferably with experience in customer service/sales operations.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication, presentation and listening skills
- Must be a team-player with high level of commitment.
- Hard working with a will to succeed.

- Generate leads, follow up and organize site visits
- Build and manage strong relationship with existing clients for referral
- Handle incoming email and phone enquiries
- Ability to negotiate the terms of an agreement and closing sales
- Handle client objections with training, collaboration and supervisor
- Meet the individual and team sales target
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Attend sales meetings and presents information on pipeline and competition
- Keep abreast of best practices, sales techniques and promotional trends
- Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events etc
- Train the new recruits
- Graduates with 0-2 years of prior experience in sales
- Should have strong interpersonal, conversational skills and persuasive skills
- Knowledge on effective sales pitches and techniques is an plus
- Willing to travel on a regular basis
- Excellent communication, presentation and listening skills
- Must be a great team-player
