The site for Fortius Waterscape is a 11-acre plot located near the scenic Yele Mallappa Setty Lake, and just 500 meters away from the Old Madras road which is connected to the site by a 60 ft road. Accessibility is taken care of by two entry and exit points to the approach road. Phase 1 of the project envisages the development of 2.30 acres (shown towards the top left hand corner of the image below).
